Overview
Mindelo is a city in Cape Verde, in São Vicente. About 69,013 people live in the city proper, making it the 2nd largest city of Cape Verde in our atlas.
It lies at 16.89° N, 24.98° W, about 44 m (144 ft) above sea level, and keeps time on the Atlantic/Cape_Verde time zone. It sits inside the tropics.
