Overview
Esch-sur-Alzette is a city in Luxembourg. About 36,625 people live in the city proper, making it the 2nd largest city of Luxembourg in our atlas.
It lies at 49.50° N, 5.98° E, about 295 m (968 ft) above sea level, and keeps time on the Europe/Luxembourg time zone.
