Overview
Ciudad del Este is a city in Paraguay, in Alto Paraná Department. About 301,815 people live in the city proper, making it the 2nd largest city of Paraguay in our atlas.
It lies at 25.50° S, 54.65° W, about 197 m (646 ft) above sea level, and keeps time on the America/Asuncion time zone.
