Overview

Chisinau is the capital of Moldova, in Chișinău Municipality. About 635,994 people live in the city proper, making it the 1st largest city of Moldova in our atlas.

It lies at 47.01° N, 28.86° E, about 24 m (79 ft) above sea level, and keeps time on the Europe/Chisinau time zone.
